| 5:30pm - 7:30pm SAM Advisory Council Meeting Category : Board Meetings The leadership council meets every 2nd Thursday at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 1212 12th Ave. NW, Rochester. Supper is provided and mileage is reimbursable. SAM helps and supports people with all disabilities to be active participants in the larger disability and human rights movements. We have trainings, work on regional issues, and support other advocacy organizations. We are in need of representatives from Rice, Goodhue, Mower, Winona and Wabasha counties.
